Registration Information

1. Player Registration & Medical Release Form: Please complete and sign.  You must provide a copy of the player’s birth certificate in order to register.  Price includes a 12 game season.  Each player receives a jersey, hat, socks, belt. (The size you select will be the size you receive - if the size is wrong when received you will have to pay a $35.00 replacement to order the new size)

NO REFUNDS after Tryouts.

*** Discounts for multi-players is for siblings only (must live at the same address)

1st Player - $100.00                              3rd or more players - $80.00

2nd Player - $90.00                            

2. Fundraiser Information - Each player is required to sell 120 boxes of chocolate covered almonds at $2.00 each for a total of $240.00 or do a $105.00 buyout if you choose not to sell Candy.

All money is due by Tuesday, March 2nd.  Uniforms will not be issued to players that have an outstanding balance.

3. Volunteer Application - if you would like to be a manager, coach, or team mom – You will be required to fill out an application and pass a background check.  The cost is $10 for a badge.  This will last one season.

4. Each Team is required to obtain a $375 sponsor.  This is one sponsor per team.  If you can help your team, please let your coach know.  Sponsor Packet is under downloadable forms.

Early Bird Registration is on Saturday, January 16th, 10 am to 5 pm (Cost of registration is $80 on this one day only - Online and in Person)

 

Registration Dates:

Saturday – January 23rd from 10 am to 2 pm

Saturday – January 30th from 10 am to 2 pm

Saturday – February 6th from 10 am to 2 pm

Tuesday – February 9th from 6 pm to 8 pm

PLAYERS AGE IS WHATEVER AGE THAT THEY ARE ON 4/30/2021.  THIS IS CONSIDERED THEIR PLAYING AGE.  PLAYERS CAN ALWAYS PLAY UP BUT CANNOT PLAY DOWN.

 

Refund Policy for Season Cancellation: Should the season be canceled due to events including but not limited to (1) acts of God, (2) natural disaster, (3) public health emergency, or (4) any other cause reasonably beyond the league's control, Northwest Baseball Association (NWBA) will attempt to provide a credit based on how much of the season was played less the administrative fees, costs of uniforms, field costs, and any other costs incurred by NWBA up until the point of season cancellation.
Upon completion of 25% of the scheduled games, the season will be deemed complete
Fundraisers(raffle tickets and buyouts) are non-refundable

SPRING 2021

Registration closes in 9 days

Spring 2021 Baseball Season. Ages 3-16 years of age. What age the player will be on 4/30/2021 is the age the player will play for Spring. Players are NOT allowed to play down an age and must show proof of birth certificate in order to play.
12 games plus EOS Playoffs.
Players will receive Jersey, Hat, socks, belt and trophy
We offer 3/4 T-ball, 5-6 T-ball, 7/8 Coach Pitch, 9-10 Kid Pitch, 11-12 Kid Pitch and 13-16 Year olds.
Each player is required to sell 2 cases of chocolate covered almonds or pay a buyout of $105.00 to not sell candy. By registering online, you will be put as a buyout. If you would like to sell candy, you will have to come by the park and pick it up.
We do have All Stars and an Metro Zone tournament at end of season with an additional fee if chosen.
Opening Day is on 3/27/2021. On this day - we have a parade, games, food and moonwalks and other items. (SUBJECT TO CHANGE BECAUSE OF CORONA VIRUS)
