Refund Policy for Season Cancellation: Should the season be canceled due to events including but not limited to (1) acts of God, (2) natural disaster, (3) public health emergency, or (4) any other cause reasonably beyond the league's control, NWBA will attempt to provide a credit  of registration fees based on how much of the season was played less the administrative fees, costs of uniforms, field costs, and any other costs incurred by NWBA up until the point of season cancellation.
Upon completion of 50% of the scheduled games, the season will be deemed complete and no credit will be issued.
Fundraisers(raffle tickets, or candy and buyouts) are non-refundable and those funds will be used to settle fees. In the event additional funds are required, registration fees will be prorated accordingly.
