We hope all is well with your families. We have a couple weeks left on pause and cannot wait to get back on the field. This week Gov. Abbot is going to be laying out a plan on how he can begin to open Texas. This is good news as we are excited to get back to normal. I expect it to be like getting in to a cold swimming pool. Some of us will just jump right in, while others will walk down the steps slowly to get adjusted. Either way is fine, just glad we will be doing it!! When we do start, we will schedule games to help us all get readjusted and to complete the season as safely, efficiently and enjoyably as possible. We would never cancel a season on your kids so no one has to worry about that. They have all be in isolation for 4 weeks now and even though youth sports is a small part of life in America, it is a BIG deal to the kids emotionally and physically. As we start to see our normal life come back- churches, schools, restaurants, and youth activities, peace of mind and normalcy will return. My mindset is to start looking at the good news coming out, because it is out there. I know we will all get through this together. We have a great league because YOU. We cannot wait to see y’all back at the park !!!!!!!!
